The year ahead
This meeting is inspired by the ‘year compass’ a reflective tool to look back at the previous year. Of course this also includes dreaming about the year ahead! Come share your thoughts and reflections with some ears that love to listen <3
Non-Violent communication – Feelings
We dive into the legacy of Marshall Rosenberg who who believed that we all have the capacity for compassion and only resort to violence or behaviour that harms ourselves and others when they do not recognise more effective strategies for meeting needs. This time we will focus on feelings within NVC, expanding our vocabulary and self awareness.
The art of letting go
This time we will use dialogue exercises and self reflection to dive into the topic of forgiveness and the art of letting go.
Non-Violent communication- Confrontational Dialogue
