Theatre has many positive benefits such as increased playfulness, healthy laughter, getting to know new people, encourages you to step out of your comfort zone (who doesn’t want that?!) and not to forget it reduces stress!
This mini series is for people with some improv theater experience AND for people who may have never done improv theater but feel like it’s totally their thing, who feel comfortable with swinging their arms around wildly in front of people or who have experience in improvisational dance. We will focus on two vital elements in improv theater; connecting to your partner and expanding your improv theatre repertoire through sound, movement and non-verbal theatre. It will be experimental, it will be fun, it will be different. It will be weird. Maybe you should stay safely on your couch at home instead..
