Mindfulness meditation

Meditation in all its simplicity, being present in silence, together.

Sunday mornings we gather to practice mindfulness and meditate together, you are welcome to join!

The session consists of a brief guided meditation whereafter we practice in silence.

Experience in meditation is not necessary, but it could be helpful if you already have some experience.


• Important to know

   Is it your first time, and you don’t have any experience in

   meditation? No problem, you are still very welcome to join!

   Please let me know on forehand and come a bit earlier so I can

   give you some extra information.


• What to bring?

   Wearing comfortable clothes, Yoga mats, blankets and meditation pillows are all provided!


• Language:

  Depending on the present participants Dutch or English.
